In 1978 God first spoke to Gerald about his future purpose in ministry. God said, “Teach my people how to get from now until dying time walking in success.”

God will set you free from the debt and borrowing lifestyle!

God began revealing principles to Gerald to accomplish this. On March 27, 1991, after walking out these principles in his own life and seeing them operate so successfully, God again spoke to Gerald through a scripture in Joshua,

“The Lord your God hath given you rest, and hath given you this land. You shall pass before your brethren armed, all the mighty men of valor, and help them; until the Lord hath given your brethren rest, as he hath given you, and they also have possessed the land which the Lord your God hath given them, then shall you return unto the land of your possession and enjoy it.”

— Joshua 1:13-15

Gerald put these teachings in a book he titled, How To Function in this Economy According to Heaven’s Economy. Many testimonies have developed from people after reading and following these instructions. Then on November 27th, 1995, at 2:30 a.m. God awakened Gerald and told him three things.

God’s first statement was: “Tell my people if they will concentrate on getting me out of debt, I will concentrate on getting them out of debt.”

The second thing God said was: “I am tired of taking my holy money, the tithe, and using it to pay interest to the world’s system for the use of their money, when I can do this myself if my people will listen to me.”

The third and last statement God made to Gerald was this: “The time has come, I am now ready to take my people out of the borrowing lifestyle and make them to be the lenders.”

Gerald’s personal testimony supports his teachings. His home, office, airplane, barns, autos, horses, tractors, and all equipment and furnishings are debt free. He hasn’t had to borrow money since 1987. He has seen Romans 13:8 fulfilled, “Owe no man any thing but to love him.”
