In 1977 I had quite a session with God on a Saturday night…
I was in my study preparing my sermon for the following Sunday morning.
I leaned back in my chair and began asking God why I didn’t have the money to obey his commission. I had the desire. I wanted to ‘go into all the world’ and tell the story. But the money?
God began asking me questions about my past. I gave the best answer I could two times, – but the third question, sat me back in my chair in silence. After that dialog with God, He spoke these words to me….
“I want you to teach my people how to get from now until dying time, walking in success.”
In shock Ireplied, “Father, how can I teach what I don’t know?”
He continued, “Because you know you don’t know, you are open to learn. If you pay attention, I will teach you.”
I followed the revelations and insights that He began to show me for about four years. Since then,I have gone around the world on a ministry tour, with Thelma by my side. Plus many missions trips to other countries. I went from being the ‘borrower’ to being the ‘lender.’ I began teaching it to others. I put those insights in a book titled;
‘HOW TO FUNCTION IN THIS ECONOMY – ACCORDING TO HEAVENS ECONOMY.’
I got out of debt and haven’t had to borrow money since 1987, – to this day.
That book is endorsed by Oral Roberts, founder of ORU. It is available on my website.

If we listen to the media and the voices pleading for ‘socialism’, ‘woke’ and other anti-God measures and issues, then the above words “GIVE US BARABBAS” are those that are screaming at us. A cry for ‘Barabbas instead of Jesus’.
We, God’s people are faced with a choice in November. We will either choose to keep the Christian America that we have loved and cherished for some 240 years, or we will get ‘Barabbas’ in exchange. I think you can see the comparison.

I heard a pastor on television, sharing a message on the Christians obligation to vote. While he was sharing his thoughts, I saw something he didn’t say. The Christians vote is David’s stone into Goliath’s forehead, it is the “arrow of the Lords deliverance in the heart of the Kings enemies”,
“Arrows (our vote) are sharp in the heart of the Kings enemies…” (Psalm 45:5)
It is the “nail fastened in a sure place.”
It is our works attached to our faith which gives life to our “prayers of faith”.
I take comfort in the following words from Psalm 46:5,6,7.
“God is in the midst of her; she shall not be moved; God will help her when the morning dawns. V:6, The nations rage, the kingdoms totter; He utters His voice, the earth melts. V:7, The Lord of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our fortress.”

THELMA’S IN HEAVEN
My dearest friends and partners,
We were born the same year, 1936. We married in 1954. When we got married God made us one. After 69 years together, with two sons, five grands and 17 great grands, I given her to heaven,- ahead of me. Now half of me is in heaven where she waits for her other half to arrive. Aside from my salvation, which she had a strong part in, she was the greatest and best gift that God ever gave to me.
Thelma left us on August 21st.
Until I arrive there, I will continue to do the will of our Lord, and minister in one form or another. Aside from the rough road I am now traveling, with her gone,
I am physically doing OK. The Lords presence is with me so close. What would I do if I didn’t know where she was? So,- “until then MY HEART will go on singing. Until then, with JOY I’ll carry on. Until the day my eyes behold that city,- until that day He calls ME home.”
Then I’ll live with my beautiful Thelma for all eternity…..

MY CALLING
“The gifts and the calling of God are without repentance…” There is no such thing as retirement from the calling of God. We adjust in the methods we use according to our physical, social and monetary abilities. You who are along in years, have no problem understanding that. At age 86, I severely miss the speaking engagements that I enjoyed doing for 53 years.
But, – now I have many of those God givenmessages in books and periodicals that I have written over those years.
THE LITERATURE
Our books are being translated, printed and distributed free of charge (thanks to our partners) to Africans and Pakistani’s by the thousands. Most of these Pakistan people are Muslims. They appreciate everything they receive, but especially the books. WE are literally reaching the poor with the ‘living bread’ in our latter days as never before. According to God’s view, we count our blessings by ‘seed sown’, – not in what we receive. Receiving comes natural after sowing.

Verse one is a CONDITIONAL PROMISE! Read it for yourself. If I stay in the ‘SECRET PLACE OF THE MOST HIGH’ (God), I can abide in the “SHADOW (protection) OF THE ALMIGHTY.” This clearly defines a covering of protection from outside threats.
OK! – Now I need to know the“SECRETPLACE” so I can be sure to stay (abide) there.
PART TWO; – THE SECRET…
..is the first three words in verse 2, “I WILL SAY...” This is the ‘BIG SECRET’. The big secret is in how I choose to speak about my future. I will ‘set up’ myfuture by the words that I choose to use. “The power of life and death is in the tongue.”It is called “a little fire… that will set on fire ‘THE COURSE OF NATURE’…” ( James 3) A fascinating choice of words by the disciple James, and so descriptive.
Notice THIS: It isn’t so much what other ears hear me say,- it is what ‘God and our spiritual enemy, Satan,’ hears me say. If I say fearful, doubt filled and negative things about ‘what might go wrong,’ as in ‘anticipating bad things’ it gives occasion for the enemy to ‘pull it off.’ He lies wait to ‘catch us’ in our words. Solomon put it like this; “Surely in vain the net is spread in the sight of any bird.” If you know the secret to walking in the benefits declared in Psalm 91,- but don’t do it, you are compared to a bird who flew directly into the net and are captured. We are “snared by thewords of our mouth.” Solomon
Now on the contrary,- Jesus healed a woman who contended for what she wanted, He said this to her; “Woman, ‘for this saying,‘ go your way, your daughter is made whole.” Jesus is called “the High priest of our confession.” He takes whatever ‘we say’ and goes to the Father with it to intercede for us according to what ‘we say.’ Faith speaks according to Davids confession in verses 2 through 13. Doubt speaks otherwise.

These are the words of a man. They are not the words of God. The words of God are verses 14 through 16. But God’s words are in response to the words of a man. Read the words of David in verses 2 though 13 and see if your conversation matches that. It is “the course of nature.” The words that David spoke here are the kind of words that move the heart of God toward us. They spoke of his total confidence in the God he loved and served. Put yourself in God’s position here and see how it would make you feel to hear words of confidence in you like that. Now – can you see “THE SECRET?” Here is a closing verse for those who have made the scriptures ‘the last word’ on what you believe;
“...to him that orders ‘his conversation’ aright,will I show the salvation of God.” (Psalm 50:23) – THESECRET PLACE IS IN OUR MOUTH!

God responding to David’s words begins with;“Because he has set his love upon me (shown his total confidence and trust) and because he understands what my NAME means (has absolute faith in me). He can call on me and I will answer him: I will be with him in trouble ( troubled times )…. I will deliver him …and will let him live until he is satisfied, and show him MY SALVATION.”He didn’t promise to keep him from ever having trouble, but He promised “to be with him ‘in trouble.” The scriptures record that David “died full of years and also… ‘very rich.“
We have promises from God that He will heal us, and help us through tough times. There are ‘preventive promises‘, and there are ‘corrective promises.‘ The words of David in this chapter are ‘preventive words.‘ If you are watching your mouth and something happens that were not according to your preventive words, then thank God you can call on Him, and He will respond and bring you out of your troubled situation, and without the “smell of smoke on you” (re: the three Hebrew children cast into the fire.)

Two books that I have written titled – THE CROWN OF THORNS and SHOULD I SPEAK IN TONGUES- have been translated and printed in Pakistan, in the Urdu language spoken by Pakistani’s of another religion. They are being distributed freely as money allows throughout Pakistan and into the opulent Dubai region. The books cost $3.00 each to print local. Three dollars times my age of 86 is almost 260. For $2,600 I can print and distribute 860 books to lost souls,- who sit in darkness in the “highways and byway” villages of Pakistan. Think about the potential here AT MY AGE OF 86…
